Anna Russo, a 73-year and longest current resident of Fulmor Heights passed away Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016. She was 99. Anna was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Russo Sr., with whom she had celebrated over 51 years of marriage. She was born in Chicago, Ill. a daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Battligia) Aiello.
Anna was a parishioner of St. John Bosco and a member of the Senior Citizens club of Fulmor Heights. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and taking care of her home especially the gardening.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary Hotham and her husband, Tom; six grandchildren, Thomas Russo; John Goldsworthy and his wife, Lauretta; Lee Russo, Thomas Hotham II and his wife, Meg; Stacy Rotchford; and Amy Snyder and her husband, CJ; and 16 great- grandchildren. Anna was preceded in death by a daughter, Connie Russo; and a son, Thomas J. Russo Jr.; and six brothers and sisters.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing after 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro, followed by her 11 a.m. funeral service. Her interment will follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville.
