George N. Burman, Jr.

George N. Burman, Jr. CPCU, of Hatboro passed away on October 8, 2019 at the age of 90.  He was the beloved husband of Nancy Burman with whom he had shared 60 years of marriage.  George was born in Philadelphia a son of the late George N. and Isabella Burman, Sr. 

George was a proud 1954 Graduate of Penn State University and was their #1 Football fan.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran.  George loved animals, was a member of Pennypack Questers and encouraged his daughter and granddaughter with their love of horses.  

In addition to his wife, George is survived by two children Lori Solomon and husband Michael and Jonathan Burman and his wife Veronica and two grandchildren.  In addition to his parents George was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.

Relatives and friends are will be received by his family on Wednesday, October 16^th

after 11:30 a.m. in Lehman United Methodist Church, 300 S. York Road, Hatboro followed by his memorial service at 12:30 p.m.  His interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials in George’s memory may be made to Jefferson Hospice at Warminster, 225 Newtown Road, Warminster, PA 18974 or to Last Chance Ranch, 9 Deck Road, Quakertown, PA 18951.
