Agnes Hartman Obituary

Agnes “Kay” Catherine Hartman of Spring House, Pennsylvania, formerly of Warrington, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on January 04, 2026.

Kay was the beloved wife of George Hartman Sr. who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her son, Thomas. Kay is survived by her children: George Hartman Jr. (Denise), Amy Borgeson (Dave), Scott Hartman (Diane), Chris Hartman (Jo Anne), and Colleen Hartman, wife of her late son Thomas. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren, each of whom was a source of great joy and pride.

Kay was born and raised in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania where she resided in her early years prior to marrying George at the age of 20. Together, Kay and George made their home in Warrington where they raised their family and built a life centered around love, faith, and humor.

Kay and George raised a large close-knit family where summers were spent at the Upper Moreland Swim Club as well as their cherished mountain home in Potter County, Hartman’s Hideout, where they created memories that spanned generations.

A woman of deep and unwavering faith, Kay attended Mass daily and lived her life guided by devotion. Kay cherished the time she spent with her sisters and her wide circle of friends, enjoying lunches and eating ice cream.

Above all else, family was where Kay’s heart was fullest. She and George deeply loved their five children and took immense pride in their growing family.

Kay will be remembered for her faith-filled life, her warmth, and her love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
