Alfred P. Fleischer, Jr.

Alfred “Al” P. Fleischer, Jr., of Warminster, passed away on June 9, 2021 at the age of 74.  He was the beloved husband of Margaret M. Fleischer with whom he had shared over 51 years of marriage.  Al was born in Norristown, PA, a son of the late Alfred P. and Bertha C. Fleischer Sr.

Alfred was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving aboard the USS Norris (DD859).  He was also a member of the USS Norris DD859 Shipmates Association.  Al was also an employee for over 30 years with the Lehigh Valley Dairy. He enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, and fishing with his wife and grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Alfred is survived by two daughters, Sharyn Weisenberger and her husband, Albert and Cindy Seemiller; and three grandchildren, Ariana, JR, and Marissa. In addition to his parents, Alfred was predeceased by a brother, Marty Fleischer.   

Relatives and friends will be received by his family on Saturday, June 19^th after 10:00 a.m. followed by his Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. in Schneider Funeral Home, Hatboro.  His interment will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials Alfred’s memory may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America, 8719 Colesville Road, Suite #100, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
