Angeline D Hays

Angeline D. Hays (née Costigan) of the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, PA, sadly, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on April 9, 2023, Easter Sunday. She was 63 years old. Angie was lovingly married to Frank Hays for 39 years and she was the devoted mother to her three children Rachel, Frank and Michael.

Angie was born in Philadelphia, PA in 1960 and she was the daughter of the late James and Angeline Costigan (née Cirone). Angie graduated from Hallahan Catholic Girl’s High School in Philadelphia, PA.

Angie devoted her life to loving and caring for her husband, children and grandchildren. Angie enjoyed cooking the most delicious food for her family, spending time with her late pup, Lacey, and being with her grandchildren and giving them unlimited love and attention as much as possible. Angie enjoyed spending time with her family more than anything else and she was happiest when they were all together.

Angie is survived by her husband Frank; her children: Rachael (Hector) of Hatboro, PA, Frank (Alison) of Philadelphia, PA, and Michael (Melissa) of Philadelphia, PA; her grandchildren: Audriana, Eva, Benjamin, Liam and Michael; her brothers: James Costigan (Mary) and Anthony Costigan (Susan); her sister Rosalie Muffler (Walter); and many nieces and nephews. Angie was predeceased by her sisters Patricia, Jacqueline and Maria. 

Relatives and friends are invited to Angie’s viewing on Monday, April 17, 2023 from 11:00 A.M followed by her funeral service at 12:00 P.M. in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040. Her interment will follow in Pine Grove Memorial Park, Hatboro, PA. Flowers may be sent to Schneider Funeral Home.
