Ann Arnaiz Obituary

Ann (Nancy) M. Arnaiz of Warminster, PA passed away on Friday, January 9, 2026. She was 86 years old. Nancy was the beloved wife of the late Alan S. Arnaiz with whom she had shared over 49 years of marriage. Nancy is survived by her loving children, Tom Arnaiz and his wife Rebecca, Bob Arnaiz and his wife Cheri, Janine Trautwein and her husband Ken, stepchildren, Linda Gessner and her husband Dave and Cindy Kautter and her husband Rich, grandchildren; Allie, Sofie, Connor, Carson, Carter, Luke, Abby, Julie, Shawn, Kenny, Erin, Daniel and many great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her husband, Nancy was predeceased by her brothers, Billy, Joseph and Gene Callahan and a sister, Joanie Della Penna.Nancy was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, and a treasured friend to many. She was a wonderful listener who truly loved staying connected to the lives of those she loved, whether sharing in the smallest everyday moments or celebrating life’s biggest milestones. Nancy cherished meaningful conversations and had a genuine curiosity about what was new with everyone around her.

She enjoyed watching and discussing the Phillies and Eagles games, had a deep love for animals, especially her dogs and any stray cat in need, and never let a day pass without feeding the neighborhood birds and squirrels. An avid reader with a wealth of knowledge, Nancy also found joy in gardening, birdwatching, and gathering with friends for card games. She was a proud graduate of St. Hubert’s Catholic School for Girls and spent many years as the office manager at Cosmopolitan Motors in Hatboro. Above all, Nancy carried a quiet intelligence, kindness, and generosity that left a lasting impression on all who knew her, and she held dear the many years she shared with her beloved husband.

Relatives and friends will be received by her family on Friday, January 23, 2026, after 10:30 a.m. followed by her Memorial Service at 11:30 a.m. in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro, PA. Her interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Nancy’s memory may be made to Boys Town or St Jude.
