Anthony William Schneider, of Southampton, passed away on May 21, 2025, surrounded by his
family. He was 41. Anthony, known to many as “Bill,” is survived by his parents, Raymond
Helmuth Schneider Sr. and Linda Marie Anastasia, and his brothers Raymond Jr. and Alexander
Joseph.
Anthony was born in Philadelphia and raised in Voorhees, NJ. After graduating from Eastern
High School in 2002, he attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, studying history and becoming
a member of Tau Kapp Epsilon fraternity. After transferring to Murray State University in
Oklahoma, Anthony earned his mechanical science degree in gunsmithing, which he used to
wonderful success within his family business, and as owner of Surplus City Guns, in
Feasterville. His passions for gunsmithing and the firearms industry was well known by both his
coworkers and customers; he was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. An avid
builder, Anthony was most happy when he was at the bench in any of his many workshops. In
his free time, Anthony enjoyed carpentry, video games, shooting, and the outdoors. Those who
remember him will certainly recall his smile, his laughter, his warm spirit, and his generous
heart.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing after 3pm on Sunday June 1, 2025, in Schneider
Funeral Home, 431 N. York Rd, Hatboro, PA 19040 and to attend his Funeral Services at 5pm. Anthony's Funeral will conclude
with the family’s invitation to join them at a nearby restaurant to celebrate Anthony.
