It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Ann Keiper on
August 13th, 2025, at the age of 84. A 57-year resident of Warminster. She peacefully
departed holding her son’s hand, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, laughs and
cherished memories.
Born, in Philadelphia, to Dorothy and Solomon Miller. She graduated from Olney High
School in Philadelphia Pa.
Barbara was a devoted wife of Anthony G. Keiper Sr. for over 50 years.
Barbara was an employee for the Warminster Water Authority for 24 years, retiring in
2011. Always putting a smile on a customer’s face as well as handing out dog treats for
the pets and lollipops to the kids.
One of Barbara’s proudest moments was seeing her granddaughter, Brianna being
born. Her eyes lit up every time she saw you. She is so very proud of you and the
strong, independent, vibrant woman you are growing into. Words can’t describe the
Love she has for you.
Throughout her life, she was dedicated to being kind to everyone she interacted with,
providing a smile that lit up a room, caring about all others before herself, providing a
little humor with some witty one liners, all to hopefully brighten up someone’s day.
Her love for Travel was evident in all the beautiful places she was able to visit
throughout the World. I recall the annual summer vacations down the shore in Sea Isle
City, NJ. As well as the annual trips to Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. we spent
together with family and friends.
She will be remembered by her wonderful granddaughter, Brianna as “Nanny” and
cherished the time she spent with her.
She is survived by her children, Anthony (Tony) Keiper, Jr. and his wife Kimberly A.
Keiper of Warrington; and her beloved granddaughter, Brianna A. Keiper.
Barbara was predeceased in death by her husband, Anthony G. Keiper Sr.
Barb/Mom/Nanny will be remembered for her Strength, Will to live, compassionate,
empathy, devoted spirit, and unwavering support. She touched the lives of many with
her generosity, kindness, sense of humor, and wisdom.
Her sense of humor and smile always brightened our days. I fondly remember how she
would always be making everyone laugh even during tough times.
Friends and family are invited to join in celebrating her life and sharing memories.
During the service, we invite you to share your favorite memories of Barb, whether it
was her funny one liners, personal experiences, or ways she touched your Heart.
