Berit S. D'Angelo

Berit S. D’Angelo of Hatboro passed away, on March 29, 2024 in Abington, PA.She was 64 years old. She was the devoted wife of Mario D’Angelo with whom she had shared 44 years of marriage. She was born in Abington the daughter of the late Gilford and Florence Tidwell.

After graduating Upper Moreland High School, Berit went on to work in the health service’s field at Luther Woods and Anne’s Choice and was a long-time employee at the Vereinigung Erzgebirge club in Warminster. She liked vacationing at the beach in Ocean City, New Jersey. Berit enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends. She will be remembered as a gentle, kind and funny Mom and Grandmother who will be greatly missed.

In addition to her husband, Berit is survived by, three sons, Michael, James and Anthony and his wife Ashley, three grandchildren, Luca, Willow and Sienna, five sisters Karen Wilson, Cindy Sansom, Barbara Tidwell, Lisa Gindhart and Marybeth Wendling. Berit was preceded in death by a brother Jeff Tidwell.

Relatives and friends will be received by her family on Thursday, April 11, 2024 after 11 am in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro and are invited to attend her Memorial Service at 1 pm. Her interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Liver Foundation HERE.
