Carabelle E. Shiles

Carabelle E. Shiles (nee Mitchell), 92, of Hatboro, PA, passed away on November 21st, 2021.

She is survived by her sons Mitch (Anna) and Keith (Jett), cherished grandson and granddaughter Mitchell, Jr (Rachel), and Tabor and a loving family who will miss her very much.

Born on December 17th, 1928, in Abington, PA, she attended Abington High School.

In 1947 she married her love Stanley Shiles.

Cara was a lifelong resident of Hatboro since 1947, a Crossing guard at York and Crescent roads for 18 years, and a longtime member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Hatboro. She was Scout den mother, PTA member, and animal lover, fostering several pets throughout her life.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

Relatives and friends will be received by her family Monday, November 29th after 10:30 am in St. John Lutheran Church, 505 N. York Road, Hatboro and are invited to attend her Memorial Service 11 AM. Her interment will be private. (Masks required)
