Carol Cooper

Carol O. Cooper of Upper Moreland Township passed away on October 27, 2022.  She was 98 years old.  Carol was the beloved wife of Charles Cooper with whom she had shared over 38 years of marriage.  She was born in Philadelphia, PA a daughter of the late David and Helen Ogden. 

Carol is survived by a daughter Carol Joy Cooper McCuen and her husband Kent, Three grandchildren; Bonnie, Erin and Richard Kelly and their spouses, and three great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a sister. 

A 1942 graduate of Hatboro High School and alumni of the 1945 Class of Lankenau Hospital School of Nursing, Carol was employed as a nurse for Abington Memorial Hospital and the Visiting Nurses Association till her retirement. Carol was always active in her church; The Independent Bible Church and the Fellowship Bible Church. In her spare time Carol enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and reading mystery novels.  

Relatives and friends will be received by her family on Saturday, November 5, 2022 after 3:00 p.m. followed by her Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m. in Fellowship Bible Church,  709 Norristown Road, Warminster, PA 18974.  Her interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Explorer Girls at E.G. Ministries, Inc, 311 East Providence Road, Aldan, PA 19018.
