Carolyn Minio

Carolyn (Roberto) Minio of Hatboro PA, passed away peacefully December 1, 2024 at Neshaminy Manor Nursing Home. She had just turned 91 on Nov 20,

2024. She was the wife of the late Frank J. Minio. Born in Abington, PA, Carolyn was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Angelina (Mascaro) Roberto. She was the beloved sister of the late Mary (Roberto) Serratore (James) and the late Pasquale Roberto Jr. Carolyn was a devoted stay at home mom when her sons were growing up. She had several foodservice jobs over the years but then settled at Pilling Surgical Instruments (Teleflex) making surgical instruments for several years before her retirement. She was deeply loved by her family. She enjoyed gardening, all kinds of music and karaoke, reading the Inquirer newspaper every day, crossword puzzles, vacations at NJ shore, playing slots in Atlantic City and spending time with family and friends. She favored orange/rust colored décor and anything pink however she will always be remembered for her big-dangling earrings and pink lipstick.

Carolyn will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her devoted caregiving team; son and daughter-in-law, John and Andra Minio of Jenkintown, PA and niece Sharon Fischer of Horsham, PA. She is also survived bysons Frank Minio Jr. of Pensacola, FL and James Minio of Ketchikan, AK. She was preceded in death by son Michael Minio. In addition Carolyn is survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends will be received by family on Friday December 20th after 11:00 am followed by her Memorial Service at 12:00 pm in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Rd, Hatboro.
