Charles Paul Haught of Warrington passed away on May 4, 2024. He was 80 years old. Charles was the beloved husband of Catherine A. Haught with whom he had shared over 59 years of marriage. He was born in Columbus, Ohio a son of the late Paul and Dorothy Haught.
In addition to his wife Charles is survived by his two loving children; Lisa Duff and her husband Arthur and Karen Holden and her husband Michael, grandchildren; Michael Holden, Jr., Emily Duff, Allison Holden, and Alexandra Duff, and twin brothers; Jon Haught and his wife Elizabeth and George Haught and his wife Margie.
Charles graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in electrical engineering. He was president of the Theta Chi fraternity during his college years. He and his wife moved to Pennsylvania for a job with Johnsville Naval Air Development Center. He was active in his kids’ activities, volunteered at Lehman Memorial Church as Treasurer and sang in the choir. After his retirement, Charles kept busy by playing the banjo, building legos, spending time with his grandchildren, and doing crossword puzzles. He loved dogs and volunteered with Wags Animal Rescue for many years.
Relatives and friends will be received by his family on Friday, May 17, 2024 after 10:30a.m. in Lehman Memorial United Methodist Church, 300 S. York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 followed by his Memorial Service at 11:30 a.m. His Interment will be private.
