Christina E. Preiss

Christina E. Preiss of Chalfont went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.  She was 77 years old.  Christina was the beloved wife of Edward Preiss with whom she had shared over 47 years of marriage. She was born in Philadelphia, PA a daughter of the late Ralph and Helen Ellis.

Christina was a graduate of William Tennent High School class of 1965 and attended one year at Lower Bucks community College before starting her career in Customer Service with PECO from where she retired in 2000 after 33 years of service.  Christina loved to do crafts and she took that passion to opening the Dry Boutique in Peddlers Village where she and her husband sold Wreaths and Hand Sewn Homemade Country Crafts.  Christina and Ed were staples at the Horsham Farmers Market in recent years.      

In addition to her husband Christina is survived by a Brother; Eddie Ellis and his wife Nancy, Many loving Cousins and a Caring family.

Relatives and friends are invited to join her family on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA for her Graveside Funeral Service. Please gather with the family at the Bell Tower.  In lieu of flowers memorials in Christina’s memory may be made to New Britain Food Pantry, 22 East Butler Avenue, PO Box 5147, New Britain, PA 18901 or to Lehman United Methodist Church, 300 South York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040.
