Clare M. Smith of Warrington passed away on April 7, 2024. She was 99 years old. Clare was the beloved wife of the late Robert Smith, with whom she shared over 52 years of marriage. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, a daughter of the late Raymond and Claire Martin.
Clare is survived by her loving sons: Richard Smith, Philip Smith (Karen Smith) and Robert Smith, her adoring grandchildren; Laura, Emily, Tyler, Ben, Caleb, Julianna (Philip) and Daniel, Great Grandson, Luca, and Sister, Rosemary Woolslager. In addition to her parents and husband Clare was predeceased by a brother Raymond Martin.
Clare was a graduate of the Immaculate Conception Grade school and also of St. Mary's Academy High School. She loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. and traveling with her husband to many locations throughout the country and Europe. She was an avid reader and for many years volunteered at St. Joseph’s Villa.
Relatives and Friends will be received by her family after 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2025 in St. Joseph’s Church, Easton and County Line Roads, Warrington followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Clare’s interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA.
