David M. Warfield of Warrington passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 14, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was 59 years old. He was born in Abington, PA, a son of Miriam (nee Rose) Warfield and the late Kendall L. Warfield.
David was the owner of DW Machine Company and when he was not working he could be found racing his Jersey Skiff (JS34) off of Long Beach Island. David was a leader and a counselor of the Doylestown Hospital Lyme Disease Support Group. He also led the Bucks and Hunterdon Biking and Hiking Group.
This group has a large membership which quite often would culminate to happy hours and a good time had by all.
In addition to his Mother, David is survived by his brother Ken Warfield and his late wife Susan, his sister Susan Stone and her husband Paul and a brother, Glenn Warfield and his wife Amy, nieces and nephews, Hannah and Tucker Stone, Cameron and Justin Warfield, Matthew Dunlap and Adam McPherson.
Relatives and friends will be received by his family on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 after 11 am in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro and to attend his Funeral Service at 1pm. His interment will follow in Lawnview Cemetery, Rockledge. In lieu of flowers, donations in David’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1818 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 or to Doylestown Health Hospice, 595 West State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
