Doris K. Gable

Doris K. Gable (Ohlemeyer) of Southampton, PA passed away

peacefully, June 12, 2026 at Southampton Estates. She was 98 years

young and the wife of the late William F. Ohlemeyer for 54 years. Doris

was born in Wildwood, NJ and was the daughter of the late George and

Elizabeth Knight.

After graduating from Olney High School, Doris attended Temple

University and earned her degree in Business Education. There she met

and married her college sweetheart. Doris and Bill lived in Horsham

and raised one daughter, Nancy, before they moved to Florida. They

loved doing many activities including Square Dancing and Bridge.

Doris is survived by one daughter, Nancy O. Austin and her husband,

John, of Egg Harbor Township, NJ. She has two grandchildren, William

J. Austin (Molly) and Julia L. White (Maxwell), four great grandchildren,

Caroline, Eleanore, Blake and Brynlee.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Southampton Estates to

honor and celebrate her life on August 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The service

will be at 2:30 p.m. Her Interment will be private.
