Dorothy & Robert Miller

Dorothy M. Miller, of Warminster, passed away peacefully on 6/12/22 in her home. Robert F. Miller, of Warminster, also passed away peacefully on 6/12/22 in Doylestown Hospital. Dorothy was 88 years of age and Robert was 87. They were 3 months shy of their 66th wedding anniversary. Dorothy was born in Philadelphia, the daughter of Thomas and Margaret O'Neill. Robert also born in Philadelphia, the son of Joseph and Margaret Miller.

 

Dorothy graduated Hallahan Catholic HS and entered the working world as a secretary of a then large company in the city. Robert left Roman Catholic HS and earned his GED while a proud member of the US Army. They met on a blind date while Robert was on leave. They dated shortly before becoming engaged and eventually married. They moved to Germany where they lived for 3 years on a US military base. This is where their first child was born. Robert was honorably discharged and they came back to

Philadelphia where they bought a home and had 2 additional children. They lived in this home until moving to Warminster in 1999. They both retired yet continued working part time until full retirement in 2012. Dorothy loved dancing and was enrolled in a tap dance club which performed yearly while Robert supported her passion. They made daily trips to the grocery stores and pharmacies with several drives of exploration. Dorothy had monthly visits with her many friends from as far back as first grade. They

referred to themselves as the sorority girls. They were both strong and dependable parents and grandparents always willing to babysit or lend a hand in any ways needed. They will be sorely missed by all.

 

Dorothy and Robert are survived by 2 daughters; Donna Wojcik, and Michael Sr. in memorium of Philadelphia and Deborah Miller, and James Childs of North Wildwood NJ. Also survived by their son Robert and his wife Jeanine of Warminster. Further survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Michael Wojcik Jr. and his wife Stephanie along with their daughters Mackenzie, Parker and Brynleigh. David Wojcik. Meghan Smith and her husband Daniel, Matthew Miller and his wife Kristen and Rachael Miller.

 

Family and friends are invited to their viewing on 6/23/22 at 9:30 - 11:00 at St. John Bosco RCC at 215 E. County Line Rd. Warminster, Pa. 18974 and to celebrate mass at 11:00 a.m. Their interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetary in Washington Crossing, PA.
