Edward R. Greenawald of Warminster, PA passed away on May 19, 2022 at 72 years of age. Edward was the beloved husband of Irene Greenawald with whom he had shared over 42 years of marriage. He was born in Schuylkill Haven, PA, a son of the late Glen and Margaret Greenawald.
In addition to his wife, Edward is survived by his two loving children; Larry Greenawald and his wife Leila and Lauren Greenawald and her husband Benjamin Humphreys, grandson Lucas Humphreys, Sister; Karen Zmuida and her husband Joe, Brother Glen Greenawald and his wife Rose and brother Tim Greenawald.
He held degrees in computer science, industrial psychology, and business. He worked as an instructor at St. Joseph College and Widener University and as an information systems consultant. He worked as a systems analyst, supervisor and manager before he retired.
Edward shared a love of American history and genealogy; he was an avid reader. He was a member of the Delaware Valley Civil War Round Table, The Washington Crossing Revolutionary War Round Table, The Warwick Township Historical Society, and The Washington Crossing chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution. He was a volunteer for Boy Scout Troop 240 in Richboro,Pa.
