Edward Thron Jr was a loving father, brother, partner, uncle, grandpop, step father, family, and friend. He truly loved and valued every single person in his life. As many of you know Ed was extremely humble and appreciative of all that he had in his life. He was so easy going and care free. He was also the family jokester and always made sure to give everyone a great laugh even in the hardest times. We have all needed and used Ed’s humor, jokes, and memories during this tragic time. Ed faced a lot of hardships in his life and through all of his hardships he overcame each and every one of them with the utmost strength and resilience. Ed was a lover of sports, fishing, his job at CCN, and the Big Bang Theory. Ed loved to watch his boys play sports and was a fantastic coach. His ultimate pride was seeing his boys achieve all of their goals. He was and will always be your number one fans. His eyes lit up with joy at the mention of Adam and Eric. He will always be proud of them. There wasn’t a time where he wasn’t bragging about his children, Patti, his job, coworkers, or his family. He loved each and everyone of you tremendously and will always be with you. Ed would want us all to celebrate his life the way he lived each and everyday. He never liked to see anyone upset. Ed will be missed dearly to each and every one of us. I ask you all in honor of Ed to celebrate and be joyful for the memories and blessings he gave us all. Think of your favorite memory with him and carry it with you. Forever the gentle giant in all of our hearts, Edward Thron.
