Eric Todd Patroni

Eric Todd Patroni of Warminster, PA, formerly of San Francisco, CA; Margate, NJ; Ventnor, NJ; Upper Darby, PA; and Lansdowne, PA, passed away August 10, 2019. He was age 56. Eric was the devoted husband and best friend of Marcella, whom he met in 2009. She was the love of his life and he was hers. They were married in 2011 in Stone Harbor, NJ. 

Born in San Francisco, CA, he was the son of Adrienne (nee Garcia) and Andrew Patroni of Oxford, PA. 

Eric was employed at Philadelphia Extract Co. and U.S. Law Shield. Previously, he held jobs at 23 East Cabaret, Marita’s Cantina, and Circuit City, as well as various restaurants and bars, where he made lifelong friends and treasured memories. He was a graduate of Lansdowne-Aldan High School and proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps for six years. 

Eric could talk to anyone and made friends wherever he went. He was always willing to lend an ear, a shoulder or a helping hand, always thinking of others before himself. He loved music, animals, riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family and friends, watching fireworks, and going to concerts, music events and the beach in Sea Isle City. He was a lifelong San Francisco 49ers fan. Never one to sit still for long, Eric had tremendous enthusiasm for life and was always up for an adventure. He said yes to everything. He loved to travel and go to Walt Disney World with his wife. His kindness, good heart, wit, and humor made an impression on all who met him. His favorite holiday was Christmas and he was generous beyond measure. He always looked forward to giving gifts. 

Eric got excited about everything. His face lit up each and every time he saw his wife whether it was a week or a minute since they’d seen each other last. He loved without conditions or limits and loved to hug. He will be remembered for his unique and child-like wonder of the world, the twinkle in his eyes, his smile, for wearing shorts all-year-round and so many other things. He was one-of-a-kind and will be missed deeply by so many. He will live on in our memories and in our hearts. 

In addition to his wife, Marcella (nee Pannoni), and his parents, Eric is survived by a sister, Alexandra Diemer and her husband, Christian, of Oxford, PA; mother-in-law, Ruby Pannoni of Lebanon, PA; father- in-law, Paul Pannoni of Westport Point, MA; a dog, Molly; two cats, Roxy and Sydney; as well as various aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family in PA, NJ, CA and WA. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, August, 17 after 1 pm at Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Rd., Hatboro, PA. All are invited to share memories of Eric beginning at 3 pm.
