They married in 1953 and together had 6 children, who all adored their mother, and she did them.
Erika and Richard moved to Warminster PA in 1956, where she lived for 65 years, first on Cambridge Rd, and much later in life, at Ann’s Choice. She was employed for many years at the Internal Revenue Service until she retired to care for her husband during his final illness.
Erika enjoyed her family more than anything else. Erika and her husband took their ever growing brood on yearly family camping trips and she continued the tradition as the family exploded with new members.
Erika was an outgoing, friendly, and compassionate person who developed close friends throughout her life, including a lifelong friendship with her third grade penpal from London and her high school sorority sisters.
