Evelyn Esbenshade

Evelyn Esbenshade, a resident of Warminster, PA for 75 years passed away on January 18, 2021.  She was 87 years old.  Evelyn was the beloved wife of the late John R. Esbenshade and her first husband, the late Richard C. Furchner. She was born in Providence, RI, a daughter of the late Harold and Evelyn M. Fanning Robinson.

She is survived by three children, Richard Furchner, Jr. (late wife, Michelle),  John S. Esbenshade (wife, Kuei Ling, and first wife, Ellen) and James Esbenshade (wife, Prudence); eight grandchildren, Sarah, John David, Abigail, Haley and Nathan Esbenshade, Enjoli Hurgunow (husband Paul), Richelle Sheets (husband Mike), and Erich Furchner; and  four great-grandchildren. 

A genuine people person, Evelyn particularly loved dancing and socializing with family and friends.  After her retirement, she spent time working for a daycare and volunteered at a hospice.

Her services and interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ascend Hospice, 108 Cowpath Road #3, Lansdale, PA 19446.
