Francis J. Kallam, Jr.

Francis J. Kallam Jr. of Hatboro passed away on September 17th 2023 at Abington Memorial Hospital. He was 81 years old. He was born in Philadelphia, the son of the late Francis J. Kallam Sr. and the late Eleanor V. Kallam.

Francis graduated from Archmere academy in 1960 and St. Joseph’s University in 1968. He served in the US Navy and was honorably discharged in 1989.  He also served proudly as a volunteer firefighter for his entire adult life serving with several local fire departments.

Francis enjoyed spending time with family and friends and particularly his beloved grandchildren. 

Francis is survived by his sister Barbara Kasmer of Springfield, Daughter Susan Murdock, Son Michael and his wife Kristina, Son David and his wife Paige and Grandchildren Lindsay, Kelly, James, Jacob, Lucas, Crosby, Cooper, and Everley.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday, September 22nd in St. John Bosco Church,  215 County Line Road, Hatboro, after 9:30 am and are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 10:30 am. Francis will be laid to rest in SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, 1600 Sproul Rd,  Springfield, PA 19064 immediately follow his Funeral Mass.
