Gail L. Ballerstedt

Gail L. Ballerstedt, of Bensalem, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the age of 70. She was the beloved partner of Richard Lee. She was born in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Raymond and Dorothy Engelking.

Gail was a graduate of Lock Haven University, Class of 1972. She was a Physical Education teacher at Hatboro-Horsham High School for 33 years and also coached Tennis and Track and Field. Gail had a passion for kayaking and biking and loved to travel.

In addition to her partner, Richard, Gail is survived by her sister, Lynn Sinclair and her husband, Wayne; nephew, Andrew Sinclair and his wife, Gretchen, and their children, Adalynn and Gabriella;  and a niece, Jennifer Davis and her husband, Tim, and their children, Tyler and Elizabeth.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Gail’s Memorial Service and burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to  the Women's Animal Center, P.O.
