Geraldine A. Sherman

Geraldine Sherman of Hatboro completed her life on October 30, 2022 at Luther Woods Nursing Center.  She was 94.  She was the beloved wife of Elmer with whom she shared 66 years of marriage before he died in 2016. She was proud to be born in Philadelphia on March 19, 1928 to the late Emil and Gertrude Fischer.

After graduating from Olney High School, Gerry worked at Bell Telephone Company where she met and married Elmer.  They would settle in Hatboro where they raised their family.  Gerry and Elmer enjoyed many years of travel to various destinations but her favorite place to spend time was the beach.  She will be remembered as a fun-loving person with a great sense of humor. She will be missed deeply by her children and grandchildren.

Geraldine is survived by her son Gary (Jill), her daughter Lisa Connor (Gerry), and grandchildren Ryan (Laura) and Madeline (Brandon). She was preceded in death by her son David, daughter-in-law Paula and grandson Alex.
