Gloria P. Solomko

Gloria P. Solomko of Warrington Passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023.  She was 97 years old.  Gloria was the beloved husband of Joseph Solomko with whom she had shared over 70 years of marriage.  She was born in Philadelphia, PA a daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Catardi.

Gloria was a founder Member of St. Robert Bellarmine Church and has been celebrating her faith there for over 55 years.  She loved; gardening, cooking, planning and hosting get-togethers, dinners and reunions.  Gloria’s faith and family were the most important things in her life and that was easily seen by the love she showed the all the children in her life.

In addition to her parents Gloria was preceded in death by a son; Michael Solomko, a brother, Russel Catardi and two sisters; Sophie Kitchen and Beatrice Delaney.

In addition to her husband Gloria is survived by loving nieces and nephews and dear friend Betsy McAfee and her Husband Michael.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday, December 7, 2023 after 9:30 a.m. followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 856 Euclid Avenue, Warrington, PA 18976. Her interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials in Gloria’s memory may be made to her Church name above.
