Grace Louise Haegele

Grace Louise Haegele of Hatboro died peacefully at home on November 17th, 2023. She was 84 years old.

Grace was the beloved wife of her late husband of 64 years George Haegele. She was born in Philadelphia to the late Samuel and Jane (Walker) Stewart.

Grace was a graduate of Eastern Center for Arts and Technology then she pursued her LPN license. She worked at the Masonic Village Home in Warminster. Grace was an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church of Hatboro and the Boy Scouts of America for many years. She and her family fostered over 60 children through the Lutheran Children and Family Services for over 48 years.

Grace is survived by her sisters Eleanor Cranor and Shirley (Bill) Conover, brother-in-law Charles (Christie) Haegele, sons George A. Haegele Jr, Eric Haegele, Menvekeh Daramay (Makessa), and daughters Karen Ottaunick (Ed), June Dellatacoma (Michael), and Dorothy Kessinger (Jeff). She was also the proud grandmother to several grandchildren.
