Grace E. (Cannon) Van Horn, a 53 year resident of Warminster, passed away on January 20th, 2025. She was 92.
Grace E. (Cannon) Van Horn, was a devoted wife, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was born in Buck Mountain, Pa., the daughter of the late James Cannon and Elsie Larzelere Cannon.
Grace was a very kind and loving woman who was always ready to help others who were going through life's challenges. Her insights and guidance to her children and grandchildren was not only comforting but life changing. She was caring and compassionate to everyone she met.
Grace is survived by three children, Thomas F. Van Horn Jr. (Judy), Miriam Michael, and Samuel Van Horn (Susan); five grandchildren, Sam Jr., Stephanie (Chris), Stephen (Ashley), Jennifer and Christine (Callum); three great grandsons, Mason, Slade and Samuel III; and three great granddaughters, Aria, Victoria and Mclaren. Grace was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Thomas F Van Horn and by a great granddaughter, Kayley Van Horn; and six brothers and sisters, Walter, James, Thomas, William, Mae, and Marion.
Relatives and friends will be received by her family on Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro. Her interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Weatherly.
