Margaret "Becky" R. Krieman

Margaret R. Krieman (Becky), passed away on February 26, 2021.  She was 78 years old.  Becky was the beloved wife of the late David W. Krieman, with whom she had shared over 40 years of marriage.  She was born in Detroit, MI, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Klasky. 

Becky is survived by her loving children, Melanie K. Boerner and her husband, Thomas, Valerie Cintas and her husband, Benjamin, and Denny Krieman; as well as her caring grandchildren, James, Christopher, Stephen, Amelia, and Diego.  Her cherished sister, Alberta, preceded her in death.

Becky was a music teacher in the School District of Philadelphia and at Keith Valley Middle School in the Hatboro-Horsham School District.  She was an accomplished piano accompanist for musical productions at Hatboro-Horsham High School and Keith Valley MS, as well as for community theaters including the Willow Manor Players, Jenkintown Music Theater, Stage One Productions, The Cheltenham Playhouse, and The Music Theater of Abington Players.  Becky also loved to travel.  Seeing Broadway shows in New York was a favorite.  She was especially fond of San Francisco and Paris. Becky had a great love for animals, especially her cats, and was an ardent supporter of animal charities.  

A private reception and service will be held on Friday, March 5th at 10:00 a.m.  Her interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont, PA.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Becky’s memory may be made to The Humane Society of the United States, PO Box 96930, Washington DC, 20077-7229, to Alley Cat Allies, 7920 Norfolk Avenue, Suite 600, Bethesda, MD 20814-2525, or to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
