Marianne McGuire of Hatboro, originally of Philadelphia, passed away on December 26, 2019. She was 66 yrs old. She was the beloved wife of Michael S McGuire, with whom she shared almost 30 yrs of marriage. She was born in Philadelphia, the daughter of the late James F Holland and Anna R Holland ( Duggan).
After graduating Cardinal Dougherty High School, Marianne worked at INA and GMAC. She was one of the original founders of the LAOH Division 22, and recently was a member of Division 87. She was very proud of her Irish heritage. Marianne enjoyed going on cruises and vacationing in North Wildwood with her family. She also loved going to the tea house with her girlfriends and was referred to as the tea lady.
In addition to her husband Mike, Marianne is survived by her 2 daughters and their spouses, Lisa and John Baker of Hatboro and Michelle and Vincent Milano of Philadelphia, her Step-son Michael J. McGuire, and her 3 cherished grandsons John, Jimmy and Aidan Baker, as well as her 3 brothers and their spouses, Tom and Roberta, Jim, and Joe and Robin Holland, and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday January 2nd from 6 to 8:00 pm at Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Rd, Hatboro Pa 19040. Her viewing at 10:00 am on Friday January 3rd with mass immediately following at 11:00 am. St John Bosco , 215 E County Line Rd Hatboro Pa 19040. Her interment will be private.
