She attended Juniata College and in 1956 she married the love of her life James T. Pully and they enjoyed 56 years together raising their family in a home full of love and laughter in Hatboro, PA. Marjorie attended Hatboro Baptist Church and lived her life for the Lord and her family. She loved to volunteer wherever she was needed and especially enjoyed the volunteers and clients at The Food Pantry at St. John’s Lutheran Church. She showed compassion, grace and boundless love to all and loved to laugh and reminisce. She was also well known in our family for her potato salad and chocolate cake with peanut butter icing (Granny’s cake). These were a staple at family gatherings and made on request for those she loved.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her son, James T. Pully, Jr., and sister, Paula Helander.
She is survived by her loving and grateful children, Kimbra J. McGrory and her husband, Kevin, and Scott T. Pully and his wife, Bonnie; and her brother, John Beaver (Shirley). She was a proud Granny to 5 grandchildren, Jessica Christman (Ryan), Erin Osmun (Joshua), Shane McGrory, Nicole Pully, and Scott Pully Jr. (Chelsea). She was GG to 12 adored great-grandchildren, Hunter, Addison, Ethan, Jackson, Logan, Kylar, Carson, Jameson, Mason, Kolby, Miley, and Grayson. They are all better people for being loved and nurtured by her. She leaves behind many dear nieces and nephews but shared a special bond with Steven Pully and Marilyn Pully Kenney. Your love and care mean so much.
