Mark R. Voelcker, of Horsham, passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021. He was 60 years old. Mark was the loving husband of Diane M. Voelcker (nee McGarvey) with whom he shared 18 years together and 13 years of marriage. Born in Swarthmore, PA, he was a son of the late Richard D. Voelcker and Margaret Anna Morrissey.
Mark worked the last 8 years in Hatboro-Horsham School District. He was a huge movie buff and could quote lines from many movies. Mark loved sports, a good scotch or bourbon, and touring local breweries with his family. He also enjoyed a good laugh. Mark was known to supply people with sweets everywhere he went. But above everything, he loved his family.
In addition to his wife, Mark is survived by his stepdaughters, Allison Lamond (Rob Firestone) and Shannon Lamond; and his brothers, Richard Voelcker, Jeffrey Voelcker, Charles Snyder (Babe), Michael “Mick” Snyder (Bobbie), and Eric Voelcker. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other extended family, and friends.
Relatives and family will be received on Saturday, November 20, 2021 after 10:00 AM until the time of his Memorial Service at 11:00 AM in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro. THE FAMILY KINDLY REQUESTS ALL VISITORS TO WEAR A MASK. His interment will be held privately.
