Obituary

Mary T. Strickler of Willow Grove, PA passed away on April 19, 2022 at 76 years old. She was the beloved wife of Howard “Bud” Strickler, with whom she had shared 52 years of marriage and was daughter of the late Joe and Stella Tolvish.
 
Mary was born in Philadelphia, PA and graduated from Little Flower High School. She later became an Administrative Assistant at Abington Junior High School.
 
In addition to her husband, Mary is survived by her loving children; Susan Strickler (Brian), Bonnie Saboe (Chris), Debbie Macaulay (Rob), and Cindy Navin, Grandchildren; Ashley, Abby, Allie, Brett (Jess), Morgan, Connor, Kelsey, Savannah and Gillian and her brother, John Drew. In addition to her parents Mary was preceded in death by her brother William Drew.
 
Mary loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed vacationing in her summer home on the Chesapeake Bay. She also enjoyed cooking, shopping on the QVC channel, collecting pictures, figurines of Blue Herons, and light houses. Mary was a dedicated Wife and Mother, who will be missed by so many.
 
Relatives and friends will be received by her family on Monday, May 2nd after 10:30 a.m. followed by her Memorial Service at 11:30 a.m. in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro. Her Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorials in Mary’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
