Patricia A. Lehman

Patricia A. Lehman of Hatboro passed away on December 15, 2024.  She was 82 years old.  Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Albert “Ron” Lehman, with whom she had shared over 59 years of marriage.  She was born in Philadelphia, PA, daughter to the late Charles and Marguerite Brooke.

She is survived by Son, Kristoffer Lehman and Daughter, Jaclyn Cruz and her husband Jimmy Cruz; Grandchildren, Aiden, Avery, Austin, Tyler and her sister, Marie Gallagher and her Husband Tom , along with many beloved nieces, nephews, friends and caring family.  

Patricia was a caring and compassionate Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Nurse.  She loved to have fun with her family and friends, go Shopping and cherished her visits to Atlantic city with friends.  She started her nursing career at the age of 40 when she got her degree.  

She then began her nursing career at Nazareth Hospital working in the Oncology and Psychiatric Areas of the hospital.  After her Time at Nazareth Hospital Patricia moved into private nursing then along to Visiting Nurse Association then to Hospice Home Care where she served may family at the Keystone Hospice in Wydnmoor, PA where she was working with families up until 3 weeks before her own death.  Patricia lived her life to the fullest and her generosity to others knew no match.     

Relatives and friends will be received by her family on Sunday, December 29, 2024 after 11:00 a.m. followed by her Memorial Services at 1:00 p.m. in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro.  in lieu of flowers memorials in Patricia's memory may be made to the KeystoneCare.
