Patrick Michael McGrory

Patrick Michael McGrory, 63, from Warminster, PA passed away on Saturday, September 3 at Crestview Center in Langhorne, PA. 

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Margaret Gaskill McGrory and Daniel McGrory.

Pat graduated from Archbishop Wood High School and has worked in many areas of employment throughout his life, including for U-Haul and at Harland Printing. In his more spry years, Pat loved playing softball with his many brothers. He was an avid (some might say rabid) fan of the Philadelphia Flyers and attended games as often as he could with friends and family before his illness. One of his greatest disappointments in life was seeing his only daughter marry a Penguins fan.

Pat leaves behind his children: Christine W (Jeffrey) West of Alexandria, Virginia and Daniel McGrory of Colorado; stepson: Brian (Lara) Trainor of Cheltenham, PA; his ex-wife: Stephani Seidel Green; siblings: Daniel McGrory, Margaret (Robert) McGrory-Samboroski, Maureen (Steve) Koebert, Shawn McGrory, Kevin (Kim) McGrory, William (Paula) McGrory, Barbara Leinauer and the late Wayne Leinauer, Thomas (Sue) McGrory, and the late Matthew McGrory. He is also survived by his two grand-daughters: Sophie and Aivah McGrory; two grandsons: Brian and Sean Trainor; 13 nieces and nephews; and 14 great nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made to the COPD Foundation or the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation in Pat’s memory. 

Friends, family, and all who appreciated Pat and his sense of humor are invited to a private family memorial gathering to share their stories and memories on November 12, 2022 from 1:30 P.M. to 5 P.M.
