Pearl Powell Obituary

Pearl L. Powell, of Jamison, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. She was 95 years old. Pearl was the loving wife of A. Frederick Powell with whom she shared 68 years of marriage. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Clara Lopez (nee Zamichieli).

In addition to her husband, Pearl is survived by her beloved children, Douglas Powell and June Powell; her doting granddaughter, Heather Bell (Joshua); and her two great-grandchildren, Madison and Sawyer Bell.

Pearl worked with her husband at Powell’s Electric, Inc. for many years. They made their home in Upper Moreland for almost 60 years before moving up to Jamison.

Relatives and friends will be received by her family, on Monday, March 29, 2021 beginning at 10:15 AM until the time of her funeral service at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park Garden of Peace Chapel, 333 W County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Her entombment will immediately follow.
