Pearl Santilli Obituary

Pearl Santilli of Meadowbrook passed away, on July 22, 2025 in Yardley. She was 2 weeks shy of 98 years old. She was the devoted wife of the late Thomas Santilli M.D. She was born in Nanticoke, PA.

Pearl studied to become a lab technician, but her talents reached far beyond that.  She single-handedly ran her husband’s cardiology practice while helping him to spearhead one of the first cardiac rehab labs in the country. Pearl was an intelligent, kind, and generous person. But we all knew Pearl most as a relentless worker; never stopping; always onto the next important thing.

Pearl is survived by her four children, Tom Santilli and his wife Lisa, Rob Santilli and his wife Beth, Carol Saggiomo, and John Santilli and his wife Kelly. She also had 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
