Richard C. Noel

Richard C. Noel of Willow Grove peacefully passed away due to multiple illnesses on Saturday, April 3, 2021.  He was 84 and the devoted husband of Joanne with whom he shared 53 years of marriage.  He was born in Easton, PA and was the son of the late Mathias and Margaret (Takacs) Noel. 

After graduating from Upper Moreland High School, Richard joined the U.S. Air Force where he served for four years.  Richard (Dick) was a Produce Manager for 40+ years with ACME Markets.  In retirement he spent time at their mountain home in Promised Land, PA where he enjoyed fishing and boating on the lake.

In addition to his wife, Richard is survived by two daughters, Carol Navarra (Nick) of Willow Grove, Gail Hannigan (Ryan) of Horsham, and two grandchildren, Jacob and Amelia Navarra, along with numerous family members. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday, April 8th after 9:30 a.m. in St. David Church, 316 North Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090, and are invited to attend his Funeral Mass following  at 11:00 a.m. His interment will be at St John Neumann Cemetery, 3797 County Line Rd, Chalfont, PA 18914. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, masks are required.
