Robert Lanzetta, Jr. Obituary

Robert Anthony (Tony) Lanzetta, Jr. of Warminster, PA, a loving family man who always lightened our hearts with laughter, passed away at home on March 15, 2023. He was 67 years of age. Born on April 30, 1955 in Abington, PA, he was the son of the late Robert Anthony Lanzetta, Sr. and Albertina Hammill (nee Fenn).

He grew up in Southampton, PA and was a 1973 graduate of William Tennent High School. Following high school, he was involved in construction, retail sales at Santerians in Hatboro, the automobile industry, and he eventually took business classes where he developed the skills which led to a wonderful career as an entrepreneur and businessman. As the proud owner of TLC Auto Sales and Transport Business, he spent more than 30 years going to the Manheim Auto Auction as a used car wholesaler. During those years, he had many employees who admired his leadership and friendship. He retired in 2020.

Tony’s most important accomplishments were made outside of the work arena. As a devoted companion, proud father, adored pop, and good friend, he cherished time with family and always put the needs of others in front of his own. In addition to cars, he enjoyed spending his time on the golf course, bowling, playing darts, and traveling near and far.

He proudly wore his title as “The Mayor” by his many friends and acquaintances at happy hour. As a true gentleman he made his mark in the world not with grand gestures or fancy titles, but by the basic goodness and generosity of his character and the quality of his involvement with all those he loved. As a one-of-a-kind friend, he touched the lives of all who knew him.

With a gleam in his eye, he proudly spoke about his beautiful family. He adored his kids and grandchildren and was known to always share a story and pictures to the people around him. Spending time with Mary dancing, traveling, and making her laugh gave him great joy.

He will be remembered as a wonderful father, pop, brother, other-half, uncle, cousin, nephew, and great friend. In addition to his loving soulmate, Mary Mellor, he is survived by his three children, Jennifer Lanzetta Briggs (Kyle), Robert Anthony Lanzetta III, (Michelle Farinella), Nicole Lanzetta Kash (Brendan); two grandchildren, Brylee Briggs and Carson Kash; 2 sisters, Annette Lanzetta Antolik and Angela Lanzetta Romeo; nephews Austin, Drew, and Ian Antolik and Richard Allen and Christopher Jezowicz. He was predeceased by his parents.
