Stephanie J. Holtz

Stephanie J. Holtz (nee Woodhouse), of Warminster, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 surrounded by the love of family and friends. She was 71 years old. Born in San Diego, California, she was a daughter of the late William H. and Doris L. (nee Powell) Woodhouse.

Stephanie loved being Mom to her own kids and their extended siblings. She enjoyed the company of good friends, Long Beach Island, watching sunsets, and spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She was active in her spiritual and recovery communities which brought her great comfort. For over 20 years, Stephanie worked as a credit manager at Kwik Goal, LTD where she built relationships which persisted past her tenure. She was friendly to everyone she met and was on a first-name basis with at least one person everywhere she frequented. In 2007, Stephanie and Ellen proudly walked 60 miles to raise awareness for breast cancer. This warrior’s battle with cancer was long and well-fought; the many tribes to which she belongs are relieved she is resting now. 

Stephanie is survived by her epic offspring, Timothy Holtz (Mandy), Matthew Holtz (Julie), Douglas Holtz, and Mary Ellen Holtz; her grandchildren, Abigail and Isaac Holtz; her sisters, Lynda Brunsen and Nancy Moehrle (Joe); her lifelong friend and caregiver, Ellen MacKay; and her nephews, Brandon Moehrle and Brian Brunsen.

Relatives and friends will be received on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro, and again on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 after 9:30 AM until the time of her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM in Nativity of Our Lord Church, 605 W. Street Road, Warminster. Her interment will immediately follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
