Thomas Mihok Obituary

Thomas Stephen Mihok (74) of Philadelphia, PA, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025, with the love of his life, his devoted wife Judy, by his side. Tom and Judy found each other 15 years ago and celebrated their love for each other with a beautiful Valentine’s Day Wedding in 2015. Tom was born to the late Thomas and Lucy (Parrinello) Mihok on June 15, 1951 in Brooklyn, NY. He was predeceased by his sister Yvonne (Mihok) Jurado and is survived by his loving sister Sandra and brother in law Jerry Fier a Niece Jesse (Liz) and Nephew Peter.

After graduation and a few years of college, Tom was recruited by MGM for a Sales position and worked his way up to a Vice President of Sales. Tom had many, many entertaining stories that he shared regarding his experiences with meeting some “colorful” movie stars during his MGM career. Tom loved life and he and Judy loved sharing it together. He was a one of a kind, compassionate, no “mincing of words,” loving man. Tom later was a Manager with Scantek in Willow Grove, PA, where he was well respected and met many wonderful friends. Tom had a passion for golfing with his buddies, Kenny and Frank. He was also a great baseball player and tried out for the New York Yankees! Tom has also maintained his Sobriety for 23 years!

Thomas also known as Tom, Tommy, New York Tommy, Dad and PopPop loved his children, Lindsay (George Wohgelmuth) Mihok and TJ Mihok (Shannon Stewart) and Step Children Michael (Jennifer) Samok, Tamara (Joe) Suto and Jillian (Mike) Hausher.
