Tracey L. Kyack, daughter of Edith (Edie) & William (Jeff) Kyack passed away Thursday, October 17th at her home in Sellersville.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandmother, Edith Herin, Warminster, PA and her paternal grandmother, Dolores Kyack, Kennett Square, PA.
Tracey was loved by all who met her and she in return loved them back, There are so many family members as well as 'honorary family' members who loved and cared for Tracey. Greg, Kim, Logan, TC, Riley, Michelle, Fred, Fredlee, Kahlee, Andrew, Arlo & Iver were her "core" and loving family members.
She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, her best friend, Jen Ricci, and her housemates at her LifePath group home. Also surviving her are the caring staff at her home. She will miss you all so much.
Although Tracey was disabled from birth, she managed to do many things in her short life, such as swimming, horseback riding, bowling, movies, zoo trips, boat rides, camping, outdoor concerts, going to the park, looking at Christmas lights and rocking in her rocker, to name a few. She had a beautiful smile and pretty blue eyes and had a full and happy life, touching the hearts of all those she encountered.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, October 25, 2024 after 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040.
