Vincent Cerceo Obituary

Vincent R. Cerceo, OD of Quakertown PA, passed away on Monday July 1, 2024. He was 56 years old.  He was the beloved and devoted husband of Mary (nee Barnish) with whom he shared 12 years of marriage. They also shared their sassy rescue dog Cassie and parrot Jojo. He was born in Philadelphia, PA the son of the late Robert and Antionette Cerceo.

His family settled in Warminster where Vincent loved playing games in the street with the local kids.   After graduating from Archbishop Wood in 1985, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Delaware Valley College and is a proud graduate of PCO (Pennsylvania College of Optometry). He opened his practice, Feasterville Family Eye Care, in 2005 where he dedicated his knowledge and kindness to his patients with the help of his wonderful staff.

Vincent was a talented guitar player and avid music lover. He enjoyed attending concerts and meet & greets of some the great rock legends with his wife and friends. He and Mary enjoyed their weekly listening sessions playing vinyl albums of their favorite bands, reminiscing about past shows and music history.

He was an animal lover and wonderful dog dad to several rescues over the years. He enjoyed many wonderful trips traveling the US boasting Maui, Bar Harbor and Cape May as tops of his list.  He was a model train enthusiast, and a fan of John Sanford books.  He was a Philadelphia sports fan but his general sports knowledge was second to none.  His kind heart, sense of humor and warm smile will be missed by many.

Surviving with his wife, is his sister Janet Chonka (Mike) of Perkasie and many loving relatives and friends.
