William M. Bulman of Hatboro passed away on December 16, 2023. He was 90 years old. William was the beloved husband of Evelyn J. Bulman with whom he had shared over 63 years of marriage. He was born in Philadelphia, PA a son of the late William A. and Helen Bulman.
In addition to his wife William is survived by his loving children; Christina M. Baldasari and her husband Gregory, Dr. William A. Bulman and his husband David Swinarski, and Jenifer A. Bulman (Francisco), grandchildren; Samuel J. Baldasari, Maria C. Baldasari and Benjamin N. Bulman. In addition to his parents William was predeceased by a brother, David Bulman and a sister, Ann Van Rennselaer.
William was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam Era. He was an avid Woodworker and Craftsman who also enjoyed Fishing and watching all the Philadelphia Sports Teams. He graduated from Villanova University and was an Environmental Engineer. He worked for the National Park Service and as a supervisor for the Environmental Protection Agency.
Relatives and friends will be received by his family on Saturday, January 6, 2024 after 9:00 am followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:00 am in St. John Bosco Parish, 215 East County Line Road, Hatboro, PA 19040. His interment will follow in Lawnview Cemetery, Rockledge, PA. In lieu of flowers memorials in William’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
