William "Rosey" Robert Walls, Sr.

William “Rosey” Robert Walls Sr.  of Hatboro passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the age of 59.  He was born in Monroe, Louisiana, a son of the late Carl Monroe Walls and Carol Marie (Gindhart) Walls-Woehr.

William is survived by three children, Rob Walls, Mikayla Walls, Patrick Walls, and four brothers and sisters; Kathy Reeves and her husband Tim, Jim Walls, Larry Walls and Janet Chinofsky, a lifelong friend Dan Herbert and his wife Margie; sister-in-law, Colleen Walls; and a large loving extended family.    William was preceded in death by a brother, Ed Walls.

William was an Assistant Scout Master with Boy Scout Troop 3.  He enjoyed buying, working on and selling cars.  He was known for his dark sense of humor, skill at pinball, being a fan of the Three Stooges, and in his younger years playing Ice Hockey with the Hatters.  William also cared for his feline companion.

Relatives and friends will be received by his family on Saturday, March 30th after 10:00 a.m. in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro followed by his Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. His interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial in William’s memory may be made to Hatboro Troop 3, c/o Robert Waeltz, Scoutmaster, 17 Brownstone Drive, Horsham, Pa  19044 or Girl Scouts of America, 330  Manor Road, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444.
